Digital downloads
Digital downloads are not returnable. Digital sales are final, except where a refund is required by applicable law. If your file is missing, incorrect, or will not open, contact us so we can help you access the correct working PDF.
Laminated cards
If your laminated order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us for a replacement or refund. Include your order number and a description of the issue. We may ask for photos to help resolve it.
How to request help
Use our Contact Us form or email banginmeats@gmail.com. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide any necessary return instructions. We do not accept change-of-mind returns.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider controls when the credit appears. A full refund of a digital order disables further downloads through that order.
Your rights
This policy does not limit rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. See Shipping & Delivery for your options if an unshipped order is delayed.
