How information is used when you shop or contact CardTunz.

Information we collect
When you place an order, we receive your name, email address, order and payment-status information, and a shipping address for laminated orders. If you create an account, we store the information needed to verify your email and provide access to your purchases. Contact forms collect your name, email, optional order number, and message. Please do not send card numbers, passwords, or other sensitive information in a message.
Saved carts and site statistics
If you provide an email and request a checkout reminder, we save your cart and may send one reminder with a private restore link that expires after seven days. You can shop without requesting this email. Optional site statistics record a random session identifier, public page path, referring domain, device category and shopping events after you allow statistics. Private pages, song lists, email addresses and payment details are excluded from traffic events. A rotating hashed network identifier is used for abuse protection. How we use information
We use this information to process purchases, deliver PDFs, ship laminated cards, provide order tracking, send transactional emails, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and maintain business records. Customer sign-in uses email verification rather than passwords.
Service providers
Stripe processes payments; CardTunz does not store full payment-card numbers. Supabase provides account, database, and private file storage services. Resend delivers sign-in, order, and contact-form emails. Vercel hosts the website. Shipping providers receive information needed to deliver physical orders. These providers process information needed to perform their services, subject to their own privacy terms.
Cookies and technical information
We use necessary cookies and browser storage for sign-in sessions and private order access. Our hosting and service providers may process IP addresses, browser information, and technical logs for operation and security. Contact and sign-in abuse protection stores hashed identifiers for short-lived request limits. If you allow advertising measurement, Google Ads uses cookies and technical information to measure ad visits and completed purchases, including the order value, currency, and an order identifier. We do not send your name, email, payment details, shipping address, or private download links to this tag. Advertising measurement is optional and is not loaded until you choose Allow. Use Advertising privacy choices in the footer to change your choice; rejecting measurement does not affect checkout. Google processes measurement data under its own privacy terms at policies.google.com/privacy.
Retention and security
We retain order and support information as needed to provide service, keep business records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations. Paid PDF files are stored privately and download links are time-limited. Keep sign-in emails and private order links confidential. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You can shop without creating an account. To request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, contact banginmeats@gmail.com. We may verify your identity before responding and may need to retain certain transaction records. Deleting account information may affect access to your purchase library.
External services and children
Playlist links take you to services such as Apple Music and Spotify, which have their own privacy practices. This storefront and account service are intended for adult purchasers, not for children to submit personal information. If a child has provided personal information, contact us for assistance.
